User Agreement

1. Scope

This User Agreement applies to visitors, customers, registered dashboard users, compliance reviewers, and other users of Loan Officer Web Studio websites, dashboards, forms, and related services.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords, restricting unauthorized account access, and promptly notifying Loan Officer Web Studio of suspected misuse.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, mortgage regulations, advertising rules, privacy laws, and this Agreement.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for all content submitted through the services. By submitting content, users represent that they have all necessary rights and approvals and grant Loan Officer Web Studio the right to use the content to provide the services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not submit unlawful, false, misleading, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, spam, malware, or unauthorized content; interfere with security; scrape systems; access accounts without authorization; or use the services in a way that creates regulatory, legal, security, or operational risk.

6. Intellectual Property

Loan Officer Web Studio owns or licenses its platform, templates, software, documentation, and service materials. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the services except as permitted in a signed agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by California law and resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, subject to applicable exceptions. Users waive jury trial and class action rights to the maximum extent permitted by law.
