Hosting and Managed Services Terms
1. Hosting Services
Loan Officer Web Studio may coordinate hosting, deployment, domain connection, website maintenance, form support, basic monitoring, and related managed services using third-party infrastructure providers.
2. Uptime Expectations
Loan Officer Web Studio will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. Uptime may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, DNS issues, customer changes, security events, force majeure, and provider limitations.
3. Maintenance Windows
Maintenance may be performed as needed to update systems, improve security, resolve issues, deploy changes, or support third-party requirements. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.
4. Backups
Backup practices may vary by service and provider. Customer should maintain copies of customer-owned content, media, domain credentials, and business records.
5. Security
Loan Officer Web Studio may use reasonable security measures, but no hosted system is guaranteed immune from unauthorized access, downtime, or data loss.
6. Third-Party Services
Hosting, database, email, captcha, analytics, calendar, domain, DNS, and other services may be provided by third parties. Loan Officer Web Studio is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service discontinuation.
7. Suspension Rights
Services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risks, unlawful content, compliance concerns, third-party provider instructions, or violation of agreements.
8. Data Retention
After termination, data may be retained, exported, or deleted according to the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, provider limitations, and legal requirements.
9. Service Credits
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, no service credits are provided. If service credits are offered, they are customer's sole and exclusive remedy for covered downtime.
10. Liability Limitations
Hosting and managed services are subject to the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement.
